This morning I volunteered at at a mental health event called #ATimeForAnswers with a panel consisting of @MayorofGM @JoseBaxter11 @JonRouseGM @SOSBeaconYP @danscully8 etc. We had an amazing turnout and some important issues were raised.

@GiveUsAShout is manned by trained crisis volunteers 24/7.
This service is perfect for people who struggle with verbalising their fears and worries in a time of crisis, and with a generation more accustomed to expressing themselves via tech this is going to be a valuable tool!
