Primary Teachers of West Bengal r recruited as per #NCTE norms (HS with 50%+2 yrs D.El.Ed) but we get the salary of MP Scale (PB:5400-25200,GP-2300/2600). We demand the #PRT_Scale ..IT'S OUR RIGHT

Bengal Govt.recruited primary teachers on the basis of 10+2 pass with 2 year D.el.ed.course,but govt.paid a scale of clerk(basic:5400-25200,GP-2300/2600),it is too insulting.whereas other state giving their teachers(Basic:9,300-34,800;GP-4200).we want justice
