Mountain Ridge or Skyridge if they meet again?
I think Carson Palmer should be the next HC of USC Football. He would bring integrity back to a program in desperate need of restoring its credibility.
@Moore_CFB@oregonfootball very well may be Ohio State 2014…but then again they could also be Penn State 2025…we will have a much better idea after this weekend.
Boise State views Oregon as a true rival. Always hunting and never hunted. They play Oregon with zero fear and expect to win whenever they meet. Duck dominated statistically and really only gave up two concerning drives but you have to give BSU credit on those as they made plays when they needed. Those DB’s tackled like an elite group. If they stay healthy that is likely your PAC-12 champ and G6 playoff team.
@Kbez23 Agree, and overall Stew looked rusty as to be expected but too many COD attempts against great tackling in general. He’ll get that fixed for sure but great to see him back.
Lol people are funny.
Lanning is 49-8 at age 40 but receives hate over some missteps that pretty much every coach ever has endured.
That includes subpar opening victories. Not a loss. A victory.
Lanning hasn’t lost to a non-national champion since Washington 2023 and that team went to the national title game.
So, Lanning hasn’t lost to a team that didn’t at least reach the national championship game since Oregon State 2022, his first season as a HC.
All 5 losses to national title game teams (two to UW and two to Indiana) came against far more experienced coaches.
Only 5 coaches have ever won a national title by age 40. FIVE!!
Yet, somehow, Lanning should be doubted at age 40 with a 49-8 record?
😂😂😂
Pure comedy.
