Hey @paulbristow79 — before the Bill dropped, you said you’d scrap the Mill Road Bridge TRO by declaring it a Key Route.

But now?

❌ You can’t do that unilaterally
✅ Only the SoS can designate KRN (Sch 8(1))
✅ Local highway authorities must be consulted (Sch 8(4))

➡️ Consultation with local highway authorities is mandatory (Sch. 8(4)).
