Super important to acknowledge the Black artists who have influenced the way we move and dance in the Lindy Hop community.

Attempting to be better educated and link the tracks we dance to at @SwingTrainfit with some historical context.

Finally finished this @SwingPatrolLdn dance video project, took 2 weeks and many 4.30am late nights to complete (more because of my old Macbook) 😅 Hope it spreads some joy!

No lockdown will stop us dancing!

Held a @zoom_us class with @SwingTrainfit, it was amazing to see happy faces again!

I've also choreo'ed a routine with @SwingPatrolLdn that I hope will get people moving at home!

Please share to dancing friends :)

[Swing Patrol Vauxhall @SPVauxhall]

Super proud of our students who embrace non-gendered dancing and are happy to try either role with gusto and appreciation :)

It also means you can dance with anyone, and doesn't that make for a happier swing dance community!
