Request to relocate parked goods vehicles near Meridian School, Madhapur
Respected Sir/Madam,
Some goods vehicles, mainly CMC trash vehicles, are being parked on the 100 ft road near Meridian School, Madhapur.
This is causing heavy traffic jams and slow movement, especially during school opening and closing hours.
Kindly instruct the concerned drivers to park their vehicles at an alternate location to ensure smooth traffic flow and student safety.
Thank you.
Durgam cheruvu and it's connecting stormwater drains are at alarming levels. Another spell of heavy rain will inundate nearby colonies and Hitech City roads. Kindly visit the lake to know and to resolve inundation issues.
Visiting during monsoon will help to understand these long pending issues.

Respected Sir/Madam,
Thank you for arranging collection of divine waste and used furniture. We truly appreciate it.
We request you to kindly start collection for other dry waste too β thermocol, wood waste, plastic waste, broken glass, used clothes, etc.
Most important is Green waste collection.
Despite govt encouragement to plant trees, we see green waste dumped on roadsides for months.
Please provide collection facilities and their contact numbers to citizens soon. It will help keep the city clean and support Swachh initiatives.
Thank you.

Thank you.

Urgent Request to Cover this part of Naala β Pending Since 3 Years
Location: Nectar Gardens, Madhapur
Dear Sir/Madam,
I wish to bring to your attention that the covering of the part of the naala in our area has been pending for nearly 3 years despite multiple requests.
The recent incident of a dead body being recovered from a naala has raised serious safety and public health concerns among residents. Open drains pose a grave risk to children, pedestrians, and public hygiene.
I request you to treat this on priority and expedite the covering work immediately to prevent further mishaps.
Kindly acknowledge receipt of this complaint and share the expected timeline for completion.
Sincerely,
@jayesh_ranjan@TelanganaCS@TelanganaCMO@MC_Cyberabad@Comm_HYDRAA@HMWSSBOnline@CVAnandIPS@CPCyberabad@GandhiArekapudi@KVishReddy

Respected Sudarshan Reddy Garu, Respected Gandhi Garu, and Respected Officers,
You recently visited the I&D Unit of the STP at Madhapur β the inlets to Durgam Cheruvu Lake, the STP, and the downstream drains.
I hope the following points were noted for further action:
1. *Inadequate drainage capacity*: The Naala remains full even on non-rainy days, which indicates that the sewage drains to the STP and downstream are inadequate. This issue needs to be taken up with HMWSSB.
2. *Undersized lake inlet*: The inlet to Durgam Cheruvu Lake is very small, causing instant inundation along the Durgam Cheruvu Naala that extends up to the Hitech City main road and beyond. Even one heavy rain floods the roads near this Naala. The inlet size must be increased to match the full width of the Naala so that stormwater flows into the lake quickly without stagnating in the Naala and surrounding areas.
3. *Sewage stagnation and odor*: You must have noticed the foul smell, which is due to sewage stagnation. The drain walls are damaged, causing sewage to overflow. This creates a bad odor for nearby residents and visitors to the lake. This is to be taken up by SNDP or CMC.
Kindly initiate necessary action at the earliest.
Regards,
Dear Sir,
Nice to see you with other officers at the I&D Unit, STP.
The meeting conveners should have involved HMWSSB at this site.
The inundation in Durgam Cheruvu Naala and on the main roads crossing this sewage-cum-stormwater drain is mainly due to the undersized inlet of the lake.
This inlet, constructed and maintained by HMWSSB, has been the cause of sudden inundation in and around the area for the last many years. Few people are aware of this fact because the I&D Unit of the STP is located in a remote area and is managed by some unskilled workers.
The best solution now is to widen the small rectangular inlet to match the width of the Naala. This will allow stormwater to flow into the lake quickly and prevent inundation in and around the Naala and on the roads of Madhapur.
