This is absolute poison. Again, we felt this way after Roe, and we had a far better case! Tearing down the legitimacy of the Court because you don't like its decisions is tearing down the Counstituion, the rule of law, and the country we share.
Not very impressed with those who present themselves as the guardians of journalistic integrity when they describe Bari Weiss as an opinion journalist as opposed to an entrepreneur & business executive.
I mean, do they care about factual rigour or not?
The core part of the Henry Nowak murder (the part we must not forget and must seriously engage with) is that his killer and family instinctively thought to fabricate a racism narrative because they knew it would give them an immediate advantage and invert the roles at the scene. And it worked exactly as calculated.
It has struck a raw nerve because it makes visible in the most repulsive way imaginable what many have long sensed, that accusations of racism have become a powerful, paralysing force in modern Britain eventually leading to a dying boy being sidelined while the system instinctively prioritised accusations of racism.
I’m pretty sure that when Henry Nowak’s father said he did not want his son’s death to create more division, he did not mean: “I want left-wing politicians and commentators to weaponise my grief to shut down debate.”
Yet that is exactly what is happening. It’s disgusting to see his words misappropriated as a political battering ram, used to attack anyone who asks difficult questions about the way Henry was treated, and about the anti-white ideology explicitly codified in the public sector.
Mr Nowak also said that the police treatment of his dying son was “inhumane and degrading”.
We should make sure no other British child is treated the way Henry was.
It is not fully recognized, but the "experts" who signed this letter were not really representative of true experts in the field. Lots of PhDs candidates and med school students in this group.
The problem was that the real experts were too timid to object. They didn't want to be called racists so they let this left-wing group take the megaphone and become the voice of institutional public health and science.
It's impossible to convey the amount of credibility "public health and disease experts" instantly torched the moment this was published.
It will take decades to recover, if it ever does.
In those 2 minutes and 51 seconds of video, the police immediately took the side of the Sikh dude, who was still standing, and didn't they believe the guy on the ground bleeding out.
Now, the bleeding out may not have been obvious, but what was obvious was that, *YES*, he needed medical attention. Whether it would have helped or not, that's not the police's job to call. He needed help.
Instead, they handcuffed him and taunted his claims of being stabbed.
"I don't think you have, mate."
-Is denying medical response, whether the individual in need is a criminal or not, whether the police were lied to or not, is that moral or decent or even intelligent? Does it illustrate good judgement?
When I was a Field Training Officer, one of the concepts I beat into a rookie's head, as it was beaten into my own, is that First Aid training does not qualify me to make medical decisions aside from 'Check ABCs and call for an ambulance."
The rest is EMT/Paramedic/Doctor territory, and they can't make that decision unless they are called. And yes, even when I have been 99.9999% positive someone is faking, I still call for EMTs. Because its both the smart and decent thing to do. Not being a medical professional, I may be very, very wrong, and I don't want something *exactly like this* on my conscience.
Do you think they were called in a timely manner, given the video? I don't.
In their own way, these cops are far more monstrous than the Sikh perpetrator. They lacked decency, judgement, humanity, and a sense of duty, unless you count their sense of duty to fight racism, real or only perceived.
They need to face criminal consequences, IMO.
It is genuinely bizarre that UK has a College of Policing that teaches Critical Race Theory and other identity bollocks to aspiring coppers.
It’s a cult. No common sense. Zero humanity.
It left Henry to die.
Urgently need to go back to without fear or favour policing
18 year ago I was first targetted by gangs of men to be raped, tortured and dehumanised in every way imaginable. Within 6 weeks of it starting, all services knew yet they did nothing, because fear of seaming racist trumped child rape. Their inaction left me exposed to this abuse for over 5 years yet i was treated as though I was the criminal.
I was not alone. This happened 1000's of times over to children up and down the country for years before me and years after me. People's lifes were destroyed. Many lifes were lost completly. People fought to expose the truth and begged for change. They said never again should this happen. People acted outraged, but what has changed?
Its still playing out again and again in different forms. Manchester arena, Southport, Nottingham and now Henry's senseless murder and the disgusting response from police, just to name a few.
How many times do we say never again while allowing the same thing to happen over and over in different forms? Why was my experiance not enough to learn from? Or the thousands of others victims? We were worth nothing at the time and clearly still arnt as the government's, police forces and institutions are still doing the same things and responding with the same thoughts that political correctness trumps everything, even child rape, terrorism and murder.
Stop insulting the victims living with the consequences of these ridiculous policies and ideology and actually start making changes.
Crime is crime, no matter who is doing it and racism is being used as a shield for people to hide behind while committing the worst crimes and used to manipulate situations to allow them to get away with what they are doing.
I want to see real changes being made where the law is upheld instead of being held to ransom over "fear of racism".
No one should ever have to face being treated as the criminal when they are the victim ever again, just because their perpetrators are a different race to them and everyone is more scared of being called racist than anything else. Its ridiculous this fear ever got to the levels it has, never mind persisted for so long, and the amount of life's it has now cost.
Wrong is wrong. No matter who does it.
RIP Henry

A lot of people feel uncomfortable about saying this publicly but there is simply no denying it.
We have to speak honestly about this issue: equalities legislation, which was ostensibly about making sure there were no second class citizens created a racial hierarchy of citizenship where people are treated differently because of the colour of their skin.
Some of us have been pointing this out for a long time. I believe the evidence for this claim is now incontrovertible, no matter how uncomfortable the subject may be for some people.
Equalities legislation must be amended or scrapped and replaced with something that restores the principle of equality before the law. Indeed, you'd think equality before the law would be the very central principle of any law on equality.
This must become a minimum basic commitment for any party that seeks to form the next Government. Any party that fails to make this commitment has failed in its basic duty of understanding the catastrophic damage that has been done to race relations in this country by a decade of woke insanity.
The dam of lies is beginning to crack.
The oppressive Liberal consensus declares that everything is political, from what temperature you wash your clothes at, to where you go on holiday.
And yet the one time it's uncouth to say it's political is when it absolutely crucifies the Liberal Blob and their cushy status quo.
Liberal politics are structurally integral to understanding how the state failed Henry Nowak in his final hours.
So far they have tried to brush it off by saying the wounds were fatal regardless; and yet that very same argument was tested in court against a British soldier who did not provide the requisite timely healthcare to a fallen member of the Taliban during Britain's unwelcome foray into Afghanistan.
In fact that same Liberal establishment absolutely crucified him for it, making his life a misery for a decade. Only the Yookay could condemn a soldier for failing to render aid to his own combatants on the one hand, while circling the wagons around a police service that seems to have spared no such tender mercies for Henry.
Yet now Henry's case shines a light on the twisted ideologies that have been permitted to rot our institutions from the inside out; and, what do you know!
All of a sudden "it's no time for politics." Alas, inconvenient truths and discussions do have a way of prompting such reactions.
So let it be spelled out in black and white: Politics created the policies that meant the last words he heard were a callous "Put the hand in the cuff, mate."
So I very much think we will be discussing the politics of how this came to pass, and the HR harridan tone-policing is not going to work any more.
People always say "Britain deserves better", and I'm not so sure. Perhaps we got the politicians we deserve. Perhaps have failed in many ways. Perhaps we are not quite who we thought we were. Perhaps we are not as good as we once was.
And despite all that, even if modern Britain is a failure, there is no honour in giving up.
I don't know about Britain, but I know Henry deserved better.
If Pelly really was told to inject falsehoods into his stories I'd like to see receipts. Because I sure as hell don't take his word for it. I've only seen his penchant for hyperbole.
Scott Pelley says CBS demanded he "inject falsehoods," and wants to "murder" 60 Minutes. There's no evidence for either claim and good reason to think they're false. Pelley joins Dan Rather, Katie Couric, and Chuck Todd in spreading misinformation and then denying he had done so
Think I'll have to block Dan, I can't take this rank hypocrisy whereby everyone except the Left has to police their speech and justify themselves to the speech police.
They act like it's still 2019, like COVID never happened, like the grooming gangs never happened. Like it's business as usual.
Henry Nowak died for reasons that are systematically integral to the dysfunctional status quo.
All they can do is cry-bully people like Nigel Farage from the sidelines, holding everyone to standards to which they hold neither themselves nor their allies.
It's all wordplay and power games. Anything but acknowledge that their creation, the post war liberal status quo, is a loathsome and total failure.
