Delighted to be appointed the new Training Officer for @KohimaCoy!
With what we’ve experienced in 2020 & with so many new & unique opportunities for our Cadets & CFAVs in the ACF, I’m excited and looking forward to taking on the challenge ahead!
Let’s do this!

Split in 2 teams of 3 lead by a Cdt Cpl, the Cdts were tasked with ID’ing key locations across the Forth Valley with the intent to push an arial recce.
They secured 4 & 6 fig GR & distances for the overall flight path.
Next up, they will do the same but by road.
Well done 24!

Proud to have my good friend LCpl Renwick lay wreaths on @SQArmyCadets & @5_scots behalf. Touching to see him bring Cdt LCpl Hunter from my unit to place our one & be present in memory of his Great Grandfather for SQs small substitute laying due to COVID. #LestWeForget

Congrats to Cdt Cpl Gibb receiving his Emergency First Aid at Work qualification tonight.
This is a nationally recognised qualification heavily sought after by employers & done as standard in the Army Cadets
Once again, well done!

Maybe as Platoon we could create beeswax wraps for our community to us as part of our @DofE Award?
To become a single-use plastic free organisation we need to identify and eliminate three single use items.
What three single-use plastic items does your Detachment use? 🤔
Very informative evening representing @SQArmyCadets at @PlasticFreeQF’s first meeting tonight. Inspired to see how 24 Platoon can work to become a single-use plastic free organisation within the Community.
Pictured is some beeswax, you can make wraps with it replacing cling film!
