Imagine what that can do to a human body. Yet under federal and most state laws, it’s exempt from gun regulations. Many antique or replica guns aren’t considered firearms and even convicted felons can own them.

any of their supporting ID documents. Won't that cause a denial? Wouldn't the change force a legal buyer to lie either way since your ID must match the 4473 resulting in a defacto ban cause it would open up the FFL to liability or am I overthinking it? 2/2

@jjreeves can I ask a legal question? With the new ATF rule for the 4473 in regards to gender, what is a person who's had all their documents changed to their preferred sex supposed to do? The gender they'll have to choose won't match 1/2
