I've had a couple years of sleepless nights and countless "aha!" moments putting this together. In my opinion, there is really valuable insight in each chapter.
Our friend Dave (@driftboatdave) interviewed Betsy Beyer and Stephen Thorne (@jerub) on learning from failure, toil, and other SRE themes:

First impressions about the newly released SRE book:
- It's excellent and a must read for not just SREs but all infrastructure/distributed systems engineers
- It does feel a bit like a technical sales pitch for GCloud, but in a good way. I wish all advocacy were this top-notch.
