ordered for a set of 3 Mokobar trolley bags which was on a limited edition offer price.
The product was shipped and delivered today and we found that 1 bag wasn’t delivered
On raising concern, Myntra did (read comment)
1/n : the customer executive first told me to wait for sometime till 28th of august for resolution and then automatically after 2 hours marked it for return and refund.
Couple of doubts:
1. I didn’t want the refund, I WANTED the product. How can you cancel without Cx consent?
4/n: if the SKU was out of stock why didn’t either @my_mokobara or @myntra@MyntraSupport realise it anytime till the product reached the customer place. I assume there would be atleast 4-5 operational touch points. I can understand this happening with a small product but bags?
3/n: I had a need of these bags and was gifting my parents for their upcoming travel, and suddenly @myntra says that we will approve return? What about the bad experience that I give them when bags are returned?this affects Cx as well as their folks @myntra@my_mokobara
2/n: On asking for a fresh order my request was simply declined because there’s no replacement policy. I didn’t ask for a replacement but becoz of partial delivery. Why impact my experience when I am no where responsible @myntra@my_mokobara
