As we prepare for SRP 2025, we have some beautiful news to share with our community. Alice Goodman, our program's coordinator and its' beating heart, has received EPFL's Outstanding Commitment Award in recognition of nearly 2 decades of dedicated service to the SRP. @epflSV
Alice received the award from Martin Vetterli, the President of EPFL, during the 2024 Magistrale ceremony. She was credited for "the extraordinary and sustained role in managing the Summer Research Program .... establishing it as one of the most prestigious summer programs"
This summer @epflSV labs hosted 21 exceptional scholars from 15 countries as part of the SRP 2024. The program concluded yesterday with students presenting their research to peers, profs and visitors. So proud of this group and sad to see them leave. Farewell and bonne chance!
Special thanks to all the host labs, teachers and supervisors for welcoming and training this special group of aspiring scientists. Your effort has profound impact on their young careers. As they return home to continue their academic journeys, we all wish them the best of luck!
