Head coach gave a list of boosters and letterman club members with contact info, and we raced to phones and called the richest ones. I sold 2 for double face value and 2 at face value. Pure profit = beer money.

@VandyAD In 52 years Vandy's had 12 head coaches. Two had winning records. Steve Sloan left for Texas Tech after two seasons. James Franklin left for Penn State after 3 seasons. It has not been a destination. It has been a stepping stone. VU is fortunate to have a stand-up guy like DM.

@3HL1045 I feel for him, and I'm a Vol fan. Look it up. Past 52 years, 12 head coaches and only 2 had winning records. Both left after 3 seasons -- Steve Sloan to Texas Tech and James Franklin to Penn State. Yet Dore fans think it's a destination job and say fire a man doing his best.
