@Rosemarry__vt Destiny on PS3 (post dlc updates, I got a rude awakening with pre-dlc updated Destiny 2 on PS4, but the Cayde-6 figure was worth the pre-order)
A crow has been trading items with me and we've developed an entire economy based on shiny objects and convenience store snacks.
Week 1: Left a coin on my balcony.
Crow took it, left a button.
Me: Did we just trade?
Week 2: Left the button out.
Crow took it, left a paperclip.
Me: We're trading!
Week 3: Left a paperclip.
Crow took it, left a better coin.
Me: You upgraded!
Week 4: Left the coin.
Crow took it, left a RING.
Me: Where did you get this?
Crow: caws
Me: This looks expensive!
Crow: flies away
Week 5: Researched the ring.
Not stolen. Lost property from years ago.
Kept it, left fancy crackers for the crow.
Crow: examines crackers
approving caw
Week 6: Crow brought a friend.
Friend had a bottle cap, wanted to trade.
Me: What do you want for it?
Friend crow: taps the cracker box
Me: One cracker for one bottle cap?
Both crows: agreement caws
We traded.
Week 7: Four crows now.
Full trading system.
Different items. Different values.
Shiny wrapper: 1 cracker.
Coin: 2 crackers.
Interesting stone: 3 crackers.
Week 8: A crow brought a USB drive.
Me: I can't take this! What if there's important data?
Crow: insistent
I checked it.
Just photos of someone's lunch from 2015.
Gave the crow 5 crackers.
Week 9: The crows brought a WALLET.
Me: NO. Take this to the police!
Crows: disappointed
I took it to the police.
Called the owner.
Owner: Where did you find this?
Me: Crows.
Owner: Ah. The trading crows. They're famous.
Me: They are?
Owner: Three neighborhoods know about them.
Week 10: The crows started a delivery service.
They bring items from other traders.
I send crackers back.
It's a supply chain now.
Week 11: A crow brought me a letter.
From another trader.
"Hello! I'm the person two buildings over. The crows connected us. Want to trade directly? -Yuki"
I wrote back: "Sure! What do you have?"
Yuki: "Mostly buttons. You?"
Me: "Shiny stones and crackers."
We've been trading for a month.
Through crows.
Haven't met in person.
Week 12: The crows organized a meetup.
All the traders.
Seven people.
Brought our collections.
Traded in person.
The crows supervised.
Head Crow: approving caw
Yuki: This is the weirdest hobby.
Me: But it works!
Trader 3: The crows have created community.
Head Crow: smug caw
We meet monthly now.
The crows always attend.
They get a cut of all trades.
In crackers.
It's fair.
@RightCuban@japan_nobunaga He made a post to explain that he uses Ai mainly for translation since he is writing his posts in Japanese. It's not like he's generating a talking cat or some other random bs
