She has just started her Journey and what a shameful attitude. I will share how was rest of her journey. I am just praying for no more hiccups. Please avoid Turkish for tote parents.
@TurkishAirlines
What a disappointing and shameful attitude of your staff at Delhi Airport.
My mom is traveling Delhi- Istanbul- Atlanta today by flight 171/31. She has severe knee issue and had requested for wheelchair assistance and front row seat,she already had a paid seat
She was on 12D which was a paid seat by us but for her knee issue she needed front seats
You know what —— front row was available then why wasn’t it given to her and LIED about it.
Be warned ppl Turkish airline is not for your parents.
instead of taking her to security. Only when she noticed the special treatment given to her while all other wheel chair passengers were taken ahead. She complained and she was taken ahead.
Once she boarded, she noticed it wasn’t a front row seat, as she was lied to her !!!
they said on your first flight you already ate in front seat and no more front seats are available. What a Big Fat Lie they said in the face of a single senior citizen traveling alone.
It doesn’t end here. When she got a wheelchair, she was made to sit for more than an hour
and meet and greet ( proactively added by customer service I spoke on phone).
The staff at check in were laughing when my mom asked for meet and greet !! Also when she requested for front seats ( as advised by all the 3 customer reps I spoke on phone),

@USCIS Please take appropriate action on all such ‘Case Remain Pending’ and provide them visa from EB2 if they’ve interfiled to EB2. Do this to avoid wastage of employment visa again this year! There are families and aging out kids stuck in this state. This concerns our life!

@doug_rand@USCIS please give a fair chance to all 485 applications in ‘Case Remains Pending’ status since May 2022. With only 4 months in hand, clock is ticking against them! Please Help.
@USCIS What about those cases with Case Remains Pending status? There are over 1.5k applications falling into this status, and we have no clue what went wrong and what we can do.
