Is this what we’re paying 130m for?
Walahi, this boy is not better than Rio Ngumoha!!
Precisely.
Trent has set the ball rolling on getting his boyhood club fleeced by Real Madrid.
Legacy as a rat gets worse every time another players follows the same route.
Expect Szoboszlai to do the same.
Trent Alexander-Arnold has set a dangerous trend for other Liverpool players to follow. By running down his contract and leaving the club he grew up at in such a sly, low-key way, he’s shown the path for others to do exactly the same.
Liverpool must get a grip on this soon as, whether through stricter contract clauses, better retention strategies, or simply moving on from any player who shows the slightest hesitation in signing a new deal.
We can’t afford to let more key players walk out for free like this.
He clearly wanted to stay but for the money he thought he deserved.
At any other big English club, he would’ve got his contract.
A leader on and off the pitch.
French captain after Mbappe.
Konate is another rat alongside the Balon d'Or winning Prada dungarees wearing rat. He's another one who has been discussing a move to Madrid for a year and ran down his contract to do them a favour. if these players don't want to be here.. sell them early and fuck them off.
🚨💣 BREAKING: Real Madrid have verbal agreement in place with Ibrahima Konaté!
Four year deal to be signed, depending on if/when Florentino Pérez is re-elected.
Here we go, expected right after. 🔜
Konaté put Saudi bids on hold for Real Madrid, as @marcosbenito9 reported.
🚨 Paris Saint-Germain and Liverpool are both in talks with Yan Diomande’s camp over move this summer.
Decision up to Diomandé but also RB Leizpig after they had offered new deal + release clause.
👀 #LFC also have Bradley Barcola high on shortlist.

People talk like Klopp wasn’t a tactical genius and was all passion.
You have to be a genius to coach a team to the level he did.
Look how he talks about Iraola, like a technical authority appraising a young prospect.
The coach of the coaches.
Andoni Iraola at Rayo Vallecano:
1.Won promotion to La Liga in 2020–21.
2.Led Rayo to a historic Copa del Rey semi-final in 2021–22.
3.Kept the club comfortably in La Liga despite a small budget.
4.Earned major wins against top clubs, including Real Madrid and FC Barcelona.
Iraola is unproven.
Will always be compared to Klopp level Liverpool which is almost impossible to replicate.
Hes done good at Bournemouth - Klopp did elite things at Mainz and Dortmuntd
Levels to everything
Enrique is the only one left
Personality is huge for these clubs
Agree fully.
Respect is due for bringing no.20 🏆
Unfortunately, we’ve been on a downward spiral for too long with no signs of improvement.
Slot has remained dignified during this period of criticism and handled many difficult situations with the class befitting a LFC manager
This sack is well deserved, but I need to address some Liverpool fans.
Football is not a sport where you fluke things, especially at the highest levels.
I see people saying Slot won the league with Klopp’s team. Do you know Klopp himself could have remained and not won the league? Football isn’t entirely 1+1. Another manager could come and meet that Klopp’s team and underperform.
Let’s stop doing this, it’s not nice. You try to take away every credit from Slot because he had a bad season. Football fans have amnesia.
I watched numerous Salah interviews when they were winning under Slot. There was one with Gary Neville where Salah was mentioning the difference between Klopp and Slot.
He talked about the details Slot puts into the game, he talks specifically about how Slot knows when to make changes/substitutions, how he reads the game differently and knows what to do at the right time.
Salah, in another interview, further talked about how Slot would sit him down and tell him places to improve and that helped him a lot. Slot also told him not to track back, several things he said about Slot, because everything was so rosy.
If I search the tweets from many of you also, I would find many of such good things said about the manager. This season, it didn’t work out. In fact, my mutuals know I predicted Liverpool not to finish top 2, and it wasn’t because of Slot. I felt like when too many players join a club, it takes time for them to get their rhythm. I could have been wrong, but I was right this time.
Every club goes through hard times. Real Madrid won the UCL two years and have become useless despite signing arguably the best player in the world, and assembling The Avengers.
Slot had a bad season, the sack is deseved because he was disastrous, but don’t try to discredit him from all angles, that’s not sportsmanship and that’s not a fair thing to do. Winning the premier league on your first season isn’t something common, stop it guys.
Wish him well as he goes. Hope the new manager does well too.
