Awaiting resolution on my zomato ratings please. 7 ratings have been 5⭐️ but on zomato it shows 4⭐️. It’s a start up so orders r less but will catch up as my dish is great. But pls in the meantime clarify why u have downgraded my ratings. @deepigoyal @zomatocare @zomato

@zomato my new restaurant id 22930438 is showing a rating of 4 stars when all customers have given 5. How is your rating of 4 even possible ??? Pls correct it asap . This is deeply disturbing to me. Rating shd be 5 stars and NOT 4.

@deepigoyal Pls pls get your algorithm checked. Its wrong. The average of 3 customer who have rated 5⭐️ is 5 and nothing less. 2 more customer have given 5 yesterday but guess they will take time to reflect.

@deepigoyal your algorithm here is flawed. When all ratings given r 5, then how can your algo say it’s 4 ? Pls help me understand this. !My tiramisu is the best is NCR and everyone so far has loved it and given 5⭐️. U can’t be unfair esp to a start up who serves the best products

@deepigoyal I’m deeply disturbed by your flawed rating system on Zomato. All customer have given me 5 stars and yet the rating for my restaurant shows 4. Mathematically impossible and u r an IIT grad. Simple maths. Sharing all pics. Restaurant id - 22930438. This is so so unfair.

@deepigoyal I recently started using zomato partner app for my new restaurant on zomato. Have to compliment u for spark - the best AI tool I’ve come across. U shd seriously consider getting into a separate AI biz for all types of restaurants / food delivery.
