Part 3: I feel trapped. I cannot afford to go back to the hospital. I don't want to fail my two little girls by possibly returning as I live and work now almost paycheck to paycheck, but I'm also not ready to just sit it out and die. Any advice for the situation is appreciated.

@Benaskren Part 1: I need advice/motivation/help. I had an infection in my heart, was declared sepsis, and got an extreme pneumonia diagnosis among things. Spent a month + in the hospital. Obviously at this time I couldn't work, and my insurance was cancelled while i was in ICU.

Part 2: I feel my chest tightening again, and more coughing coming about. I have a nebulizer and Albuterol that helps and makes it better for a bit.. but I'm worried it'll get worse. I finally went back to work for a week, but insurance refuses to step back in right away.
