@LaupieHouppette@TheKingOfStank@GatoCooliao2004 I agree here. At the time these tools were beginning to released, they sounded logical for certain problems but it was literally not needed anymore some months later.
@LaupieHouppette@TheKingOfStank@GatoCooliao2004 The tools I meant are no graphics tablets but basically a physical pen mounted to a mechanical arm. The pen can be moved in every spacial direction and the arm registers it. Its like a 3D mouse.
@LaupieHouppette@TheKingOfStank@GatoCooliao2004 And that was my last pre AI Game Project. Models are entirely by me. I had a few AI textures to test it, but they were 6 out of over thousand graphics assets. It had many run time problems and got rejected by Microsoft for XBox.
@LaupieHouppette@TheKingOfStank@GatoCooliao2004 But when I do CGI just for fun, in Future, it will probably look VERY CGI like.π Because I have AI for other things now, I do not need to emulate Cartoon or Realistic Look with CGI anymore, so, I can take the very CGI 90s look now.
@LaupieHouppette@TheKingOfStank@GatoCooliao2004 I can understand that. And to be fair. When I will do modelling just for fun in future, I will not use AI. (I will use AI for a certain gaming project I need to submit to microsoft to apply for XBox development because there, I need absolute technical efficiency.)
@LaupieHouppette@TheKingOfStank@GatoCooliao2004 If you are not experienced in Computers: The main reason why rendering 3D Movies so long were Raytracing Algorithms and some camera effects like motion blur. But thanks to NVidias RTX GPU System, this is now possible in real time.
