@Voltzzzzzzz36 The conflict between The Fun Gang and the 7 Flowers is the culmination of the game's themes of escapism. This Dark World is doomed to end. Everyone involved knows that, & yet the flowers persist against it anyway. Not out of any ill will, but for the sake of their dreams.
@Cypress_empress toby: just because you can’t empathize with asgore doesn’t mean he’s a badly written character he went through a lot that made him kill those kids you just don’t understand storytelling. also burgerpants is gay

*Alternate reality where Toby Fox and Vivziepop swap media presence*
Toby: Hey guys! Just a reminder that Dess is not a groomer🦌🎄. And if that upsets you then… you’re weird? It’s always Ralsei icons 😭
Viv: 🦗🦗🦗
Yeah, come to think of it this is probably just representing their fear of Susie and Noelle getting together.
Very weird that it happens in the Dark World though. It follows the Light World pattern.
@Jiji09360522@wandydoodles He never buried it. He pretended to but was actually holding on to it the whole time because he couldn't move on. Between 2 and 4 we don't see any disturbance in the soil
It kills me that Alvin is seemingly completely innocent. Like not only was he not the Knight, he didn't even know about the church dark world. And despite the church getting half destroyed he didn't even get mad. Genuine chilliest guy in town
@jackelzxa For the theory to hold any value to Rudy specifically they would need to be exclusively the present, which is impossible. If they could also represent the past, there's no reason to assume that that vision couldn't belong to anyone else, & it then holds little explanatory power.
This doesn't really hold water, sorry.
A: The Ch 3 Shadow Crystal showcases the broken glass of the TV AFTER the Knight has already left. By this logic, we should have seen the city streets, not Kris's house.

The knight is gonna be revealed to be like Dess' lingering will or some kingdom hearts bullshit & some people are still gonna say that Dess knighters were wrong
@Eprophet_1@monster_okay@ValToadstool@undeadgraves_ That's literally what makes a good twist. All of the evidence is there and points in that direction, but the journey that the narrative takes you on directs your attention elsewhere.
@Eprophet_1@monster_okay@ValToadstool@undeadgraves_ Yeah because the average player going through the story at a normal pace will probably know *of* Dess, but won't anticipate it being her. Carol is set up as a much more obvious red herring, and on a normal playthrough, players wouldn't have much time to dissect her flaws.
@ValToadstool@undeadgraves_ Also every other candidate that would reasonably have Dess imagery has massive issues, and in most cases, very little evidence that point specifically to them OVER Dess.
Carol's location in Ch 4
Rudy's illness
Noelle's everything
Its really funny that im finding out people flat out deny that this looks like a bat and ignore what that could possibly imply but whats funnier is the noelleknighters im seeing get mad at this
