Skills were top of the agenda at our Somerset Directors’ Forum today. Sponsored by SS&L, discussions ranged from the positive impact of apprenticeships and nurturing and engaging with the future workforce to attracting new talent and getting the recruitment process right.

There were also discussions about the challenges businesses are facing with ever increasing costs and the need for business leaders to use reflective practice to improve the wellbeing of their teams, as well as their own.

With thanks to Heidi Oliver and Kathryn Baker from SS&L and the team at Porter Dodson for hosting the forum.

We have a varied events calendar – find out more here: https://t.co/y63N86hoyw

If we all do one random (or intentional!) act of kindness daily, we just might set the world in the right direction 💕🌍
