@DaveSchrader Yes: go to Settings->GridScripting Templates->Excel template->DataFormatters->NULL (last tab)-> delete here "NULL" text.

@jrb2971 The easiest way to disable add-ins is to "move" out their folders with registration within SSMS environment.
SSMSBoost folder path:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 18\Extensions\SSMSBoost
