Publicity blitz by Punjab gov with pics of @CHARANJITCHANNI urging farmers not to burn rice stubble but use Happy Seeders/SMS etc. At our @SSPmanch functions farmers allege inflated price of machines as subsidy is being scalped by middlemen by inflating machine cost.
