Dear Atlanta Dream,

You can’t control the officials in a basketball game, but here is what you CAN control:

1. Not getting beat to every loose ball as you have been the past two games. This just comes down to effort and heart.

2. Not allowing Kiah Stokes to shoot uncontested 3’s. She had four wide-open, uncontested 3’s in Game 4. She shot 3/4. You lost by 9.

3. NOT WALKING THE BALL UP THE FLOOR!! GS has an elite shot blocker. She HATES getting up and down the floor. She gets winded QUICKLY!

When you walk the ball up the floor, this conserves her energy, saves her fouls, and allows her to set up shop to block shots all game.

Put her on the track, and OUTRUN her for 40 minutes……..AS YOU DID IN YOUR TWO FINALS WINS!!!!!

4. Drive to the basket to score, as opposed to driving to draw fouls. The officials KNOW the DIFFERENCE!!! They REWARD one, and they IGNORE the other.

5. Stop allowing Tiffany Hayes to drive LEFT 78 times per game when you KNOW that she CAN’T drive right!!!

You absolutely take her left hand away for 40 minutes, and you FORCE her to drive RIGHT every single time!!!!!

6. Stop crying to the refs. Stop whining to the refs. Stop telling the refs your sob stories. THEY DON’T CARE!!!!!!!! This just makes them MAD!!! They are part-time TEMU officials!

Do THESE things for the next TWO games, and you will win this series!

Fail to do any one of these 6 things, and you’re cooked!
