@bharathsaphr47 @priyaganesan02 Plz make your kids docs, once you see their struggle you will understand. When doctors themselves are saying they wont make their kids a doctor, think about its merit for a min instead of judging. If passionate worth it but Effort to reward ratio is very low. Not like old times

@priyaganesan02 There is an intermediate b/w Dr and pt. here. Too many doctors in TN without good job so have to agree to poor work-life balance(not pt. count-less % of profit per patient for doctors, so have to see more pts to compensate/scut work/leave policy/ fullday non emergent work on Sat)

@sureshsambandam @drpal_manickam It doesn't work like that! It works based on the basic principle of demand-supply. There are too many doctors In TN that the Hospitals/ Medical Institutes are able to hire doctors who agree for poor work -life balance cause they are easily replaceable, maximizing their profits.
