Tried contacting you regarding a scam that happened with Kucoin around the same time that FTX was going under. While FTX is gone, it's better to focus on those exchanges that are still in operation and robbing people in the daylight.

@MariusCrypt0 I spoke to the customer services, they said they announced the maintenance at 13:50 which took place at 14:00. This is propper roberry. Such a big changes should be notified way in advance. I did not even get an email or text.

@MariusCrypt0 I had a open position on eth. The TP was set at 13:00.

The price target was met at 15:05 but due to the same exact problem it wasn't closed and I could not even close it my self. The maitanance stopped at 16:00 but by then the price dropped and eventually at 21:00 got liqudated.
