The American Justice System is one of the most corrupt and highly politicized in the world. Everyone who works inside it knows this. Yet nobody inside it will admit it.

It doesn't matter who you are. Once the system takes aim and marks you for destruction, suffering, pain, and death are inevitable. I have represented the accused for years, and I have never seen the process reversed once the government has decided on its target.

Wrongful Conviction Litigation is an entire body of law devoted to correcting the horrible injustices the American System is responsible for. We built a legal specialty whose purpose is cleaning up after the system destroys innocent people.

The American System is now carrying out punishment for foreign governments that persecute free speech.

Countries that jail their own citizens for what they say can reach across the ocean and put Americans in American cells before they are required to produce the evidence.

America provides the jail, the prosecutor, and the power. The foreign government provides only the accusation.

It's unconscionable, disgusting, un-American, and wrong.

America's claim to being the greatest country in the world is weaker than ever.

The Amish are threatening a mass exodus from New York over the vaccine fight.

The Amish population in NY is around 25,000 people.

NY is insisting that their children receive between 24 and 27 jabs to attend school.

Their schools, which have zero State or even Federal funding, refused to comply on religious grounds.

Their schools have already incurred $118,000 in fines for failing to comply.

The fight now heads to the Supreme Court, and I pray for their victory.

I do have one question: as NY is a sanctuary state, are they forcing all the illegals to get these jabs, or do they get a pass and just cash?

For years I have driven around this town, gone to H-E-B, taken my grandkids to the park, and gone to church while living with the crushing anxiety that somewhere, somehow, a government employee did not know exactly where I was.

Those dark days are finally ending. Flock cameras are here.

But let's be honest with each other: this is a start, not a finish. Right now these cameras only capture where I drive. That leaves a terrifying gap in coverage. What happens when I park? What happens when I go inside? Anything could be going on in there. Anything.

So in the spirit of civic partnership, I'd like to propose the following expansions:

A Flock camera in every kitchen. How else can the City confirm we're eating right? Someone needs to flag the second helping of enchiladas. Automated alert to a wellness officer at four grams of sodium. For the children.

Bedroom cameras for sleep compliance. Studies say eight hours. Are you getting eight hours? Prove it.
A camera on the home gym. Buying the equipment isn't the same as using it, and frankly the honor system has failed us.

Backyard monitoring for lawn height and unapproved shed placement. Code enforcement shouldn't have to drive out here. That's a waste of taxpayer fuel.

Church pew attendance scanning. Purely for statistical purposes. No one would ever look at the list.

A grocery cart scanner networked to the kitchen camera, to close the loop. Otherwise people just lie about the chips.

Kids' rooms, for homework verification. If your teenager objects, ask yourself what they're hiding.
Audio pickup in the living room, so the City can identify residents who complain about the cameras and route them to the appropriate re-education... I mean, community engagement liaison.

After all, if you aren't doing anything wrong, you have nothing to hide. That's the whole argument, right? That's what we're told every time somebody raises their hand about this stuff.

So here's my modest suggestion for the rollout order.

Start with government officials. Then their offices. Then their kitchens, their living rooms, and their bedrooms. Live feed, public access, twenty-four hours a day.

They're public servants spending public money. They aren't doing anything wrong. So none of them should mind.

We have colleges that charge $200K for degrees that don’t get you jobs.

We have a health care industry that profits from you staying sick.

We have “representatives” who don’t represent us.

We have “news” networks that report opinions and call them facts.

We have an insurance industry that fights every single claim.

None of it works the way they tell you it works.

And deep down, everyone knows it.

It just all feels so so fake…
