This is a lefort 1 + BSSO with backward+down grafting of the mandible. He has a class 3 malocclusion on the left. The woman in the original post has a normal occlusion and doesn't need either of these procedures. She would get minimal benefit with high risk from a lefort 1. Not everyone needs an osteotomy despite what sub 90iq tards post on the forums.

YOU are retarded. You people learn 1 term and then talk absolute bullshit. She is not an osteotomy candidate PERIOD. She has minimal/no maxillary recession and even if she did it would not cause her chin to be overly prominent but rather her entire jaw and chin would be retruded. Besides, no surgeon other than some 3rd world butcher would ever perform a lefort 2 on a non-syndromic cosmetic case. This is an insane procedure to recommend to anyone let alone someone with a normal maxilla. Her problem was obviously her nose, she had a gigantic dorsal hump. Her end result will be better as the tip droops to a more natural angle with time. Never share your sub 90 iq opinion again.
