@Airtel_Presence raising a service request on your Airtel One App is really a messy one. Bots deployed can act min & there is no straight option where I can raise a ticket for the issue and get reference#. This is nothing but harassing your customers by not allowing directoption
@Airtel_Presence Great to hear. Please share the image on your app where this option is available. Did not find that, and if it exists I would like to use it instead of going through the chat bot and ending nowhere.

Can @bounce_infinity publish all service locations available & their contact number to reach for service. Locations for service available on the internet are either closed / their numbers are not valid...it is difficult to connect a service location even in BLR @vivekanandahr
