Eggs (yolks specifically, preferably uncooked) are the best choline source if tolerated
If not, Sunflower lecithin powder (not oil/liquid) is a second, very comparable to yolks
Beyond that, there are forms like Alpha GPC, Choline Bitartrate (less preferable), CDP-Choline, etc
