@TheBigRitt62318 My mom had ear surgery and her entire face was swollen and black & blue (from pulling back the skin and muscles to operate). She looked like she had been beaten! All the pulling and clamping makes horrible bruises

@moveon_9910 Strata! Save them in the freezer and when you have a casserole sized amount turn them into dinner or breakfast. One of my favorites is Ruben Strata with marble rye, Swiss cheese, corned beef, & sauerkraut.
