@Llorein_ Honestly, I'm amazed at how easily people engage with blatant sensationalist rage bait that clearly targets a vulnerable person before just clicking on the link and realizing that they're bastardizing the story.
@Elliitot because she was born there. and has family there. hence the fluent russian she speaks in the video. all of which you would know if you clicked the article instead of getting baited into the humiliation ritual of black women who are victims of physical assault.
@belovedhostage@cyanidegrapes@ParkerMolloy "brave enough" and it's not wanting to spend time on an assignment because you made plans with friends so you just rant on paper for 30 minutes and press submit.
@stevoclub so for one the hypermasculinzation of black women (darkskin women especially), depciting them as obsessive, agressive, etc. sidelining them to a caregiver role in what is an equally emotional and supprotive public friendship, etc.
@pez_iz_here@stevoclub They've both acted emotional and intense over the course of their entire campaign. They BOTH cry, they BOTH grab each other. If you see Cynthia in particular as more of a dominant force and Ariana as a child you are doing what I am talking about, you are proving my point.

@pez_iz_here@stevoclub If you see a black woman push a man off her unsuspecting friend and decide that she's acting in a "protective role" and not...a friend helping a friend...so much so that you think superimposing her image on a meme where they masculinize her body is fine, you're the problem.
