As a long-time Airbnb Superhost, I follow all platform rules.

Yet Airbnb refused to remove a review falsely claiming my villa has “no railings” — despite clear listing photos.

No explanation was given beyond “we reviewed it twice.”

The guest left this review after I refused to issue an unjustified refund, following Airbnb’s refund policy.

That’s textbook retaliation.

Hosts are told to follow policies — but when we do, we’re left unprotected from false claims.
