@dolphhamer @LBCNews Totally agree. I had 40 yrs experience working in and with the NHS, the whole needs reform. It needs to be removed from political control so it can long term, more accountability at all management levels and a move to 18hr 7 days a week services... Clinics and surgery.

I have children aged 27, 25, 22, 4 and 2... the eldest 3 have as much clue of politics and my youngest. 2 of 5 earn shed loads, eldest I dread to think what he earns.

@Myro_117 @LBC The NHS will always be free at point of use, no government will change that principle as it would be political suicide. Using a mix of public and private service providers to deliver a quality service is the way forward along with removing the NHS from political control.

@ginsinthefin @LBC Thus Heathrow is tell airlines to reduce their schedules by 30%. The airports are just as well culprits in allowing airlines to book slots knowing they also didn't have the resources. Maybe we have to accept a permanent reduction in flights, which will help reache Net Zero.

@ginsinthefin @LBC My point wasn't about recruitment etc. It was a basic service principle, don't schedule work that you already know you don't have the resources to cover. Cancelling 100s of flights on the day is gross mismanagement. Airlines should shrink their services to match resources.

@AndrewOathy @bmay @maddwalton11 Holiday chaos is down to greed. Airlines over sell flights that they know they don't have the staff for. Thankful LHR has told airlines to cut there schedules by 30% thus matching staff levels ,thus no chaos.

@girlyswotspider Yes they , but it's Boris call when we have an election now the fix parliament act has been revoked. I think we should have one now , LIBLab coalition for 2 years and then another GE to get a Thatcherite leader back to sort the country out in 2025.
