So some of you might have heard about this crazy 4-Day Mayan Hamlet I got to be part of. PBS made a 30-minute documentary about it. :)

@ringer@megschuster@HKSurrey Loved Grantland, read The Ringer every day. Big fan.
Quibbles: Wm Marshall is here twice (also inspo for Ledger character) Also, made his bones w/ scouting & video study!
A knight is defined by loyalty to liege. Calling Arthur Best Knight = Vanderbilt as Best Train Engineer :)
Enya needs help. Promises it’s not *technically* illegal. Call her @ 640 222-0073 for more.

Call the number above for a 5min teaser for a thing I’ve been working on. Note: VO actor who created the voice has escalators; if we make bank, so will she.

@cia391 So while some puzzles were so hard the audience MIGHT have missed them - Flea++ / Fairy tale comes to mind - we had a good sense of what players could do (even if THEY thought a task would be impossible). Unlike a game you ship, we could also adjust in RT.
Was chatting to someone who enjoyed the Yoda: Dark Rendezvous audio book. Fun fact: the next thing I wrote was I Love Bees, a five hour sci-fi audio drama set in the Halo universe. You can hear the whole thing free at https://t.co/QbXv8UCjdz
@cia391 hey Chris! Happy to have a longer conversation if you like, but TL;DR it's a slightly faulty framing of the issue. We were designing interactive in RT for the audience we had. It's not a test, it's a dance.
So Del Rey is re-issuing my adventure in the galaxy far, far away. I was 12 when I first thought I wanted to write a story that started at "the Force is weak in this one..."

A gripping Clone Wars–era adventure featuring a showdown between Grand Master Yoda and his former apprentice, the sinister Count Dooku.

Last thing on ILB, I was really struck recently when I found GoingRampant's analysis, which is always thoughtful (and pretty generous) ... and politely points out a thing or two we might have thought through more carefully.https://t.co/Jwmr0yQG5c
I started writing on ILB literally two days after turning in Yoda: Dark Rendezvous, and was astonished by the parallels between the Spartan and Jedi origin stories.

And happy 20th anniversary, I Love Bees! In the end, what mattered most about the Covenant invasion really were the friends we made along the way ;) Special thanks to the incredible performers and sensational fans who brought it all to life.
The marketing team says "Avengers meets The Breakfast Club." Cory Doctorow says it's actually The Big Chill. They're both right. Austin Grossman's FIGHT ME is fast and funny and exciting and sad and you should read it. https://t.co/36Af9XZTcJ
@adambomber_ The Yoda/Dooku scene was very much me, but I'm guessing the Thame reference was something Continuity had me add. I wasn't in the brain trust holding the wider story, so that connective tissue usually came from Lucas / editorial
@_probka This is an embarrassing story.
Short version: I loved writing this book, but had to write it quickly. When I have to go quickly, I sometimes stub in a placeholder name. And then forgot to take it out. :( But...such a SW-looking name, right?
Shocked to hear that Katherine Winchell at LegendsCon, the person who talked me into coming to my first ever Star Wars con was badly injured in a car accident this weekend.
If you can help...

We were too dumb to make a sizzle reel for the Beast, but now at least there is a glossy video of us talking about it...
