The best discovery of our road trip has been a musician called Ella Langley. We had never heard of her before, but after hearing her on pretty much every country radio station, we’ve become big fans. She’s basically the soundtrack of our trip.
Ne-Yo is now a country singer who just recently finished a making a country album and he spoke about how country music in this day and age is more vulnerable than R&B and Pop:
"You could have a dog in a truck and a regular 9 to 5, and country music is celebrating you.”
Ella Langley has seen the Choosin’ Texas lyric parody and admits she's afraid she is going to accidentally sing "jack off by myself" on stage.
