@amazonIN need a status update on my order shipment. Ordered it on 15 july. First it said expected delivery by 21july. Now it says it will be delivered by 27 july. I want to know the reason for this delay and the current location of my shipment. Should I put order no. here?

@Headphone_Zone hello. Bought kz zex pro from ur website a year ago, which was 3.5mm connector type. But now ihv switched to a phone that does not have a jack. Can u please restock type c for it. bought 5 hedphones in last 6yr from ur website. U r the only ones I trust 4 this.

@Headphone_Zone You need to stop sending shipments thru blue dart. Worst shipping company. 2day was delivery day, but it didn't get delivered, and I don't think it will. Coz I got another shipment frm other source who also delivering via blue dart. And it's past delivery date by two days.

@Headphone_Zone In the morning they say "out for delivery", entire day no call, no contact. In the evening I get "couldn't deliver due to incomplete address". That's been happening for the past two days WITH OTHER PACKAGE. and today with yours

@BlueDartCares currently having a very bad experience with blue dart. My shipment is not getting delivered for the past two days. They never call. In morning the website says out for delivery, in the evening it says "could not deliver due to incomplete address". Help @BlueDart_
