Reading your MS aloud helps you find grammar issues, missing/repetitive words/phrases/info.

We don't skip/fill in words & we identify confusing sentences easier.

Giving them time to attend to wounds, make a plan, regroup, lets your readers process & guess the characters next move.

Might seem obvious, but it’s tricky.

But there are limitations to 1st & 3rd which need to be adhered to.

If the character can’t see, hear, smell, feel, taste, or know it, the narrator can’t either.
