And by "too little" we mean that the scores are based on flawed standardized tests and pegged to invalid measures of proficiency.

@Sashammy Not true - no proposal at RA to support this bill, but this bill is better than current law. Unless another bill is available, this is the best option right now. ST opposes student performance measures as resolved at 2017 RA which became NYSUT's lobbying language.
