Still very much a work in progress, but in addition to personal context for an area/ development, this feature should help paint a picture of listing price compared to neighbouring properties.

@moving_charlie not doubting it isn’t good news - but wondering how far (and how long it will take) for prices to be at a point that affordability is even remotely close to a year ago for example - esp for buyers in a strong position (less risk of negative equity)
