@opodo What a shoddy company that one has to resort to slating @opodo on twitter to get any sign of fair treatment. I will never ever go on the opodo website again, and I recommend others don't either

@opodo Thieves thieves thieves. I am taken aback at just how awful Opodo prime is :( They give you bugger all then happily (and very discreetly) set up an annual direct debit transfer

@opodo @opodo did reimburse me and for that I am grateful but I do not want to distract away from the fact that the money was taken from me very sneakily in the first place. Of course I ticked some box or other authorising it, but the way it was presented to me was obviously not clear.
