Meet @STEMchemist! Dr. T. Gregory Tucker works as technical specialist evaluating newly disclosed inventions for faculty and students at ASU. His research background focused on synthesizing materials for electrochemical testing for renewable materials. #BlackinInorganic
Truly looking forward to New Year 2026 and very grateful for 2025, yet despite the ups and downs such as the economy.
Def a great team to work with, pushing stedfast to cultivate our multiple research projects, providing #IP protection and #Commercialization steps -cheers all!
Congrats! #UofL researchers, Tofangchi et al. are inventors of US #Patent No. 11,724,451 for a new orthodontic device and innovative process to cure plastics and fuse metals to improve dental health for patients #IP funded by US Air Force. Info to partner: https://t.co/OrNKYsS8xp
Dr. Percy Julian (1899-1975) was an African-American inventor and chemist whose work assisted the steroid and birth control industries. Julian was the first African-American chemist inducted in the @theNASciences. Julian also received over 130 chemical patents. #BlackHistoryMonth
Today we celebrate @RJGilliard, Novartis Associate Professor of Chemistry @ChemistryMIT! He is a synthetic chemist whose research whose lab has developed synthetic methods to access molecules relevant to energy and environmental related problems. #BHM#BlackInChem#BlackandSTEM
We’re proud to play a supporting role to help Kentucky's bourbon industry thrive with federal trademark registrations to protect products, which have generated $286 million in tax revenue. Want to learn more? Join us for a spirited talk on IP protection: https://t.co/haBQacBkGL
!!! I’m biased, of course, but I’m so happy the blood sweat and tears these two scientists put into understanding the fundamentals of mRNA technology is being honored by the NOBEL! 🦠💚🥹
Another terrific time w/ fellow #TechTransfer pros for further leveraging #UofL#IP and partnering companies seeking more great things in healthcare, med devices, cancer drugs, animal vaccines & data protection/licensing by next summer back in Louisville at #CRM#AUTM#NSF#USPTO
Team #Ky had a blast in beantown showcasing our #IP for licensing and/or partnering for further R&D at the world’s largest #Bio conference #UofL finally posting - long semester.
Congrats! Dr. Dan Popa of #LARRI and #UofL inventors of a newly issued US #Patent No. 11,541,550. An electronic skin covering robotic fingers for enhanced gripping from sensors receiving pressure/temp data. Eventually to be applied to the entire robotic body — glad we could help!
#FYI: for the entrepreneurs in #Ky needing help in the manufacturing sector. The #UofL center, MBDA, will assist local minority-owned businesses for support in #BizDev plus #TechTransfer and more.
Congrats to #UofL researchers: Dr. G. Pantalos et al. are inventors of a newly issued U.S. #Patent No. 11,540,858. For a new medical instrument and technique that prevents fluid leakage from cavities within bodily joints during arthroscopic and minimally invasive surgeries #IP
Met some brilliant student minds showcasing their emerging research then dropped some gems for seminar on #TechTransfer & #IP for my fellow tigers #TSU Chem Day ‘23 plus a lab tour w/ #NOBCChE Pres. Renã #Vandy combating Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, and more - impressive! #UofL
What an impactful #UofL Conn Ctr Workshop! The hydrogen economy is ever-growing in the renewable energy sector and the synthetic gas #H2 can be sustainably produced by #Solar etc. Along with capturing the carbon for current and new nano-products such as reusable face masks & #EVs
once again grateful for connecting with #AUTM tech transfer pros helped a fellow scientist from #UofL w/ #IP basics to enter this field and deliver #DEI strategies on a panel plus the power of more effective networking for better opportunities
