@BigBigDinosaurs 私は学生の頃からバレーボールやってるので、ジャンパー膝の存在はかすかに認知してましたが、まさか自分がなってるとは思いませんでした💦サポーターを膝に付けてSTEPNしてますが、走ったりするとアスファルトからの衝撃でやっぱり痛みを感じたりします。Joggerでリハビリします😁
