@AmericanAir i was on flight 1472 on 5/30 part 1: what about having 35 flight time changes, 4 gate changes, getting on 3 different aircrafts and kicked off of them is ok? my flight was supposed to land at 12:15pm. i didnt get in to IAH until 9pm that night. 10 HOURS…..

PART 3: we werre not given any water or snacks. flight attendants were virtually missing. one of the planes you put us on smelled of chemicals and smoke, a burning scent, they then announced the olane was out of service and was being taken permanently out of commision…

PART 5: you gave us no food no water on any glights for people who had been waiting an entire day. hours and hours. this is inhumane treatment for paying customers. I will blast you on every platform for this. NO ONE EVER FLY @AmericanAir again. make this RIGHT!

PART 4: you almost put us on the plane and flew us when a plane wasnt flyable? you could of killed us all. risked our lives. the girst plane we got on and kicked off also had mechanical issues. why are all of your planes broken? you made us walk to a far away gate just to get on
