Awesome strategy by @pfailes in his ELEM PE classes (my husband btw :-) ) When asking for volunteers, he asks Ss to nominate someone ELSE by telling a kind, caring, or compassionate act they’ve seen that classmate do. Hands go up like crazy, compliments abound. #citizenship
