Termina la temporada de conferencias hasta septiembre. Esta semana durante una de ellas, alguien me preguntó por el ingrediente “secreto” que pueda potenciar una marca.
Mi respuesta es siempre la misma: la sorpresa.
La falta de sorpresa dinamita nuestras relaciones, las hace más caras, fáciles de olvidar. Y toda marca se construye en base a sus relaciones y si estas dejan de sorprender, dejan de funcionar.
