@Oulton_Park I have been here for plenty of races and it is clear to see the level of driving talent is lower today - however the drivers also need to realise that and that without spectators these type of races will die.
We want to see racing not red flags

@robbowley Too many orgs focus on a single solution to skills shortage. I believe you need all pathways open: apprentices, always-on perm recruitment & 3rd parties. However, these only address the capacity element - a strong buy/build strategy is needed to address the demand element.
