Why are we not seeing those who operate in the office of Prophet speaking up against racial and social injustice? Didn't the prophets of the Bible do this? Why is there seemingly a silence now?

Multicultural music ministry is more than using black faces to be the voice of majority culture theology, styles and practices

Multicultural music ministry is not having the Spanish speaking team members sing the popular worship song in Spanish alone. It looks like you letting them teach you, you learning the correct pronunciations and singing it WITH them... consistently

Multicultural music ministry is more than throwing a Hammond B-3 on stage in February alone and singing three part harmony.

There's a difference between genuinely celebrating different cultural expressions and merely tolerating them to use as good PR

Multicultural ministry is more than letting the Black people on your worship team do the "gospel" songs once a month. Be intentional about having balanced, diverse set list
