A lot of #RWA projects talk big
Very few actually back it up

@Landshareio has been building since 2021, completing the first real estate #tokenization on @BNBCHAIN, and we’ve been generating real cash flow ever since.

Unlike “paper RWA,” $LSRWA is backed by real properties that generate ongoing rental income.

🏡 Veronica Ave, Eastpointe, MI – Ann. Return: 11.81%
🏡 Spangler Rd, Cleveland Heights, OH – Ann. Return: 12.22%
🏡 Mallard Drive, St. Louis, MO – Ann. Return: 10.13%
🏡 12th Ave N, Fargo, ND – Ann. Return: 8.33%

On top of the real estate, LSRWA reserves also include $LAND: 15% of rental income is used to buy LAND from the open market and hold it in reserves, creating ongoing demand and tightening supply over time.

As part of the Landshare v2 rollout, LSRWA is evolving into an index‑style real estate token, meaning additional tokenized properties and partner assets will be added to the pool – more underlying cash flow, more diversification, and a stronger real‑world backing for every LSRWA.

This is just the beginning. Many more income‑producing assets, integrations, and yield opportunities are coming to the #Landshare ecosystem.

@WhereWindsMeet_ When is it? its already Jan 8 even in UTC, roadmap says Jan 08

[Landshare @Landshareio]

Single‑asset RWAs are fine… until the local market nukes or one tenant changes everything.

Today, $LSRWA is already a diversified pool of four US single‑family rentals, but v2 takes that idea much further.

As Tokenization Hub evolves into the #RWA Launchpad, new continents, new property types, and already‑tokenized assets all plug into the same LSRWA pool, massively expanding the mix beyond US single‑family. Think global residential, short‑term rentals, and more, true diversification by geography and strategy.

Layer in monthly USD claims from rental income and a structure tuned for vaults, DEXs, and on‑chain funds, and you get exactly what RWA needs: #REIT mechanics, #DeFi rails.

If tokenized real estate is going to sit next to blue‑chip DeFi, this is the model.

Coincidence? I think not...why is this in my recommended 😂

[Landshare @Landshareio]

Own assets or be left behind’ is hard advice to follow when a single-family home costs 7 years of income.

On‑chain #RWA are about lowering the entry point into real estate so people can start with $1, not a six‑figure check.

[Landshare @Landshareio]

Real‑world yield that actually powers the system

In the new model, the Real Asset Vault (#RAV) is not just a passive yield box – it sits at the center of the $LSRWA flywheel, deploying $USDT as active liquidity.

When LSRWA trades off peg, RAV steps in to buy or sell, stabilizing the market while still generating yield from real‑world assets.

By routing everything through the LSRWA/USDT secondary market, there’s no need for clunky epochs or gated windows. Liquidity, price stability, and DeFi access all converge in one place, and RAV is the engine that keeps it moving.

@WhereWindsMeet_ 2.0+ kda, all hail Goose overload! I meant overlord...

[Landshare @Landshareio]

Most #RWA platforms force you into a choice: either fully KYC’d walled gardens or sketchy “decentralized” routes with no real assets behind them.

Landshare’s 2026 roadmap basically says: why not both?

The plan is to keep a compliant, KYC‑gated pipeline for primary offerings and large tickets, while letting $LSRWA trade permissionlessly on DEXs for secondary liquidity. That means institutions can sleep at night and degen flows don’t get strangled at the door.

If you’re bullish on RWAs but hate having your liquidity trapped inside some off‑chain dashboard, this split‑flow design is the real unlock.

Breakdown of how the two rails work together is here 👇

@WhereWindsMeet_ Dear Lord! we got a Goose Overlord? Please accept the sees I offer. But be careful of Foei Gras my lord, its dangerous.

LANDSHARE v2 IS COMING 🏗️

The roadmap for Q1–Q2 2026 is officially here. We aren't just updating the protocol; we are reshaping the entire RWA economy.

Liquidity. Scalability. True Utility.
https://t.co/qa161pwLP2

Here is the 10-second breakdown of what’s changing 🧵👇

🚨 THE TL;DR:
• Trade $LSRWA on secondary markets (like @PancakeSwap)
• Earn yield on stablecoins with the upcoming RAV feature
• Hold $LSRWA, representing a share of a “tokenized real estate index”
• Leverage LSRWA/USDT pool with the tighter spreads and reliable entry/exits
• LSRWA redemptions now prioritized by $LAND holdings
• Landshare Points Campaign & Referral Program 2.0

@WhereWindsMeet_ Was Bounty hunting, he brought me to the Goose area near Blissful Retreat. We both died to the Geese that flocked to us. Apparently, Bounty doesnt succeed or fail if death is caused by a 3rd party. We respawned and agreed we shouldnt involve the Goose again. He went to prison.

What if you could trade $LSRWA on @PancakeSwap just like any other token?

No KYC. No friction. Deep liquidity.

Plus the ability to plug into DeFi and put your yield to work.

The next era of #RWA on-chain is getting very close.

🎉 A New Chapter Begins: Landshare v2 is Coming

Today marks an important milestone for @Landshareio – the start of a new era for real estate on-chain.

For the past two years, we’ve been building one of the first working real estate #tokenization ecosystems. Now, we’re ready to take everything we’ve learned and scale it into something much bigger.

Introducing Landshare v2 – a stronger, more scalable, and fully integrated ecosystem that connects real-world real estate income with the power of #DeFi.

Here’s what’s ahead 👇

🏦 Real Asset Vault (RAV) – Earn yield from real-world rental income with a simple $USDC deposit.

🏗️ Tokenization Hub – Onboard real assets easily through compliance-ready tokenization tools.

💎 DeFi Suite – Staking, liquidity pools, lending, NFTs, and a new points system rewarding on-chain participation.

🔁 Growth Loop – A sustainable model that strengthens $LAND & $LSRWA demand and reinforces the entire ecosystem.

This is just the beginning – a sneak preview of what’s to come as we roll out Landshare v2 in the coming weeks and months.

Today, we’re publicly sharing our vision for the future.
