@FOS Youth soccer is run like a business and competition signs more players for higher club fees. The difference being MLS professional academies are free and building to promote kids to the 1st or 2nd team. Private clubs are run like pyramid schemes needing more players every year.
@AngrySoccerGuy It seems like this should improve recruiting and placing players at the correct level of competition. It's just a question of how much more it will cost.
@StretfordPaddck Yea but they weren't able to implement a system that kept him and Bruno on the field at the same time while maintaining defensive stability in the midfield.

Speed and size in the EPL is a step above Series A though.
@ussoccer With talk of moving back to grade year, why are we not pushing for 'Bio-Banding' instead? It seems like the superior option if you want to develop ALL talent in the US. Aug-Dec birthdates only represent 25% or less at elite academy level because of "Relative Age Effect"
